Coste di Rose is a prestigious hill facing east in the municipality of Barolo, with a slope of over 40% that favors the optimal maturation of the Nebbiolo bunches. The soil, from the Serravallian era, is rich in quartz sand and very fine silt, with an average of limestone and visible fossil shells. These characteristics give the Nebbiolo intense and fine aromas, with hints of wild mint. The wine has a ruby red color tending toward garnet, with an intense aroma of rose, licorice, spices and aromatic herbs, especially wild mint. On the palate, it is full and elegant, with good body, balance and harmony, offering a Barolo of immediate pleasantness.
