Barolo - 2017 - Savigliano Brothers
This vineyard is located in the Municipality of La Morra in the geographical mention Boiolo and is aged 3 years in medium/large oak barrels. It presents itself as a Barolo with important tannins that are appreciated after a few years of aging in the bottle. Of a ruby-red color (indicating a young Barolo), tending to garnet-red with the passing of the years. Fruity and floral aroma such as violet and vanilla when young and spicy and tar after a few years. Full, excellent structure, acidity not too marked, pleasant tannin content.
