"Gioè" is an excellent wine created by Giancarlo Begnoni in 1964, produced only in exceptional years thanks to particular climatic conditions. The name comes from the upper part of the Monte Gradella hill, known for superior quality grapes. Intense ruby color with garnet reflections, it offers a complex bouquet of cherries, marasca cherries in alcohol, dried figs, dark chocolate and spices. On the palate, the wine is rich and powerful, with lively tannins, alcoholic warmth balanced by acidity and minerality, which give a long and pleasant persistence. A refined and structured wine.
