Alcamo White - 2009 - Firriato
Alcamo Bianco is a blend of Sicilian grapes composed of 85% Cataratto and 15% Inzolia. We are located in Agro di Calatafimi between the provinces of Palermo and Trapani at 400 m above sea level on a medium-textured soil tending toward clayey. This glass is surprising on the nose, it recalls acacia honey, Inzolia has evolved very well over time, leaving an aromatic taste in the mouth that makes it very pleasant and easy to pair with excellent raw fish dishes.
