Ribolla Gialla di Radikon is an orange wine that reflects the essence of the Gorizia Collio. The Radikon winery, led today by Saša, continues the philosophy of his father Stanko, a pioneer of white winemaking with long macerations on the skins. This traditional method, which dates back to the local farmers, gives the wine a unique character. Ribolla Gialla, a difficult but fascinating grape variety, is grown on marl soils and without chemical interventions. The result is a wine with an intense golden color, with aromas of dried flowers and cinnamon, and a dense and persistent structure, rich in savory notes that invite conviviality.
