This elegant white wine comes from the Conca di Bressanone and Cornaiano, cultivated at altitudes between 650 and 750 meters (650 and 750 feet) on permeable moraine soils rich in mycascist, paragneiss and quartzite. The grape variety used is Sylvaner, grown under a Guyot training system, with a density of 6,000-7,000 plants per hectare and a yield of 70 hl per hectare. The nose offers fresh fruity notes of apples, ripe pears and melon, while the palate is powerful, with a distinct minerality and a fairly fatty finish. The color varies from greenish yellow to straw yellow, expressing freshness and structure.
