Christophe Hallouinn is the fifth generation of winemakers at Domaine des Frémonclairs in the Loire Valley. He continues the family tradition on a 22-hectare vineyard. The vines are managed according to the principles of sustainable cultivation and Domaine des Frémonclairs actively participates in the biodiversity program led by the producers of Saumur Champigny.
