Saint - Véran is a French commune of only 275 inhabitants located in the Hautes-Alpes department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The color is pale yellow gold, bright and crystalline. The nose develops subtle aromas of fruit (peach, pear) or acacia, honeysuckle and bracken, often on notes of fresh almond, hazelnut, cinnamon, butter and sometimes honey. Exotic fruits are sometimes present, as are citrus notes (orange peel). On the palate, this white wine is dry and well-rounded, mineral and lively from the first attack. The acidity and fat come increasingly into play. The structure is harmonious, fresh and round.
