Romitorio di Santedame is a limited-production Gran Selezione from Castellina in Chianti that celebrates a rich history and looks to a bright future. This wine comes from a single vineyard located in the "Conca d'Oro" of Chianti Classico and is composed of an exclusive blend of Sangiovese and Colorino. Colorino, a native Tuscan grape variety, had almost disappeared but has been recovered thanks to intense research and promotion efforts.
