J. Hofstätter's Pinot Noir is born on the plateau of the same name, the cradle of this grape variety. It has a deep ruby-garnet red color and presents typical notes of undergrowth, berries and black cherries. On the palate it is enveloping, harmonious and elegant, with many facets. This wine expresses itself at its best after another two years of aging in the bottle, revealing all its complexity and refinement.
