This wine is born from Nebbiolo, the Langa's iconic grape variety, as a fine introduction to the "King of Wines." The grapes come from a dedicated vineyard and from rows close to non-organic vineyards, maintaining excellent quality. After 14 months of aging in second-passage French oak barrels and at least 2 months in the bottle, the result is a ruby red wine with garnet and violet hues. The nose offers sweet and fruity aromas, while on the palate it is dry, velvety and balanced, with harmonious tannins balanced by acidity. Ideal with cured meats, stuffed pastas and roasted meats.
