Chianti Classico “Rubiolo” - 2018 - Gagliole
The "Gagliole" estate, located in the Chianti hills, makes hand-picking and rigorous selection of grapes its strong points. Obtained from only Sangiovese grapes, it ferments first in steel, and then is aged in French oak barriques for 50% and in cement for the other half. Before being sold, it is refined in the bottle for another 3 months, in order to complete the tactile sensations that characterize it: above all, the scent of red fruits and the softness of this wine stand out.
