Caparsa is the company run since 1982 by Paolo Cianferoni and his family. Certified organic both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the company makes tradition the starting point and strength for each of its wines. In particular, "Caparsino" is a Chianti Classico Riserva, aged in oak barrels for 8 months. The particularly hot year of 2017 produced a wine with medium-high structure, made pleasant by the aromas of dark fruit at the beginning and red fruit at the end.
