The "Gagliole" estate, located in the Chianti hills, makes hand-picking and rigorous selection of grapes its strengths. The Chianti Classico Riserva di Gagliole is produced only with Sangiovese grapes, vinified in steel, refined in small oak barrels for 10 months and finally continues the elevage in cement for another 5 months. Dressed in an intense ruby red color, the nose presents notes of blackberry, blueberry, nuances of licorice and Mediterranean herbs.
