Chateau Clement Termes Blanc - 1993 - Gaillac
Gaillac wines are AOC wines, produced in the northwest of the Tarn, on both banks of the river. This appellation, which extends over nearly 4,000 hectares, is one of the oldest in France and therefore boasts one of the greatest winemaking histories and know-how in the country. The wines have maintained a common typicity, developing local grape varieties such as duras or fer-servandou, also called braucol. This last grape variety produces imposing wines, with present tannins, but with superb aromas and great indulgence.
