Nicolas Feuillatte is a renowned Champagne brand founded in 1980 by Nicolas Feuillatte, known for its softer and less acidic approach. Initially in collaboration with 4000 winemakers, the brand quickly grew in popularity with the support of public figures such as Princess Diana. Today, the Centre Vinicole - Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte manages over 2250 hectares of vineyards, including 13 grand crus and 33 premier crus. Production takes place in Chouilly, with modern facilities and capacities of up to 304,000 hectolitres. Their non-vintage Brut Champagnes age up to three years, while the vintages can extend up to ten years.
