Fresh, vinous wine with a floral scent of sweet violet and fruity strawberry. Blend of Sangiovese called in Montepulciano prugnolo gentile, Canaiolo nero, Colorino and Mammolo (in small parts). Aged for 6 months in large steel and cement barrels. Pairs well with Tuscan cured meats, medium-long aged pecorino cheeses, tagliatelle or pici with meat sauce and with garlic sauce, roast rabbit and chicken, dried fruit such as walnuts and pistachios.
