Cairanne “Grand Vin” - 2015 - Dauvergne Ranvier
Cairanne is located in the "Haut Vaucluse" region, near the papal enclave. Our Grand Vin grows on clay and limestone soils and combines Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre grapes. The wine has been partially aged in tanks and in old barrels of oak for 10 months. An intense red color encourages the taste. The nose is very clear and evokes red and black fruits with a hint of licorice and olive. On the palate it is slightly savoury and becomes very round before finishing on a spicy note.
