Michele Chiarlo is a producer from the northern Italian region of Piedmont, specializing in wines from its most well-known sub-regions. For decades, Michele Chiarlo has been tenaciously committed in the vineyards and in the cellar to constantly elevate the DOC and DOCG wines of the Langhe and Monferrato. From the assembly of Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes grown in prime positions in the Langhe, Barilot was obtained, an aristocratic red wine with a strong personality. The stay in small oak barrels, followed by refinement in the bottle has favored its perfect harmonization. It is a unique wine, a synthesis of the potential of ancient vineyards and a scrupulous production philosophy.
