Located at an elevation of about 100 meters above sea level, the estate covers an area of about 26 hectares entirely dedicated to the cultivation of vines. The vineyards enjoy a south-southeast exposure. The soil, predominantly clay-loamy, is distinguished by its remarkable compactness.
