Harmonium - 1999 - Firriato
Harmonium represents the sublime expression of the union between the power of Nero d'Avola and the distinctive style of Firriato. The primary objective was to create an authentic "excellence among excellences," capable of fully embodying the complexity of such a versatile grape variety. After 15 years of careful research and numerous microvinifications, Firriato identified three distinct cru in the 165 hectares of Borgo Guarini: Ferla, Lepre and Beccaccia. Vines from three different mass selections of Nero d'Avola were planted here. Thanks to the variety of soil and climate conditions, it was possible to enhance the unique organoleptic characteristics of each Single Vineyard. Grapes destined for Harmonium are harvested at different times because of their differential ripeness and are vinified separately before being combined into a blend that has shaped the history of this distinctive label.

How we treat each of our bottles
1. Selection by experts
Every single bottle is checked by experts directly in the cellar of the collector or restaurateur.
2. Thorough inspection
When it arrives at our thermoregulated warehouse, each bottle is inspected a second time by experienced staff.
3. VR seal application
Only bottles that pass the second inspection are marked with the VR quality seal and signed by the inspector.
4. Safe Shipping
Each shipment is made with polystyrene packaging approved for maximum safety and protection of your bottles.
