Franciacorta Cuvee Imperiale "Max Rose" (deg. 2005) - Berlucchi
Soft, abundant mousse with fine, persistent perlage, this rosé was born for the aperitif and beyond. The color is a soft pink, may vary slightly from vintage to vintage due to the varying degree of phenolic ripeness of Pinot noir. Complex, fragrant and lively bouquet, with marked notes of berries, ripe fruit, denoting a pleasant vinosity, due to the presence of Pinot noir also in the liqueur d'expedition. Overall full, velvety, smooth, with pleasant body. The year of disgorgement is 2005.
