The vines of qhe Domaine D'en Segur Cuvee Germain are cultivated in a culturally reasonable way to protect the environment. The soil is plowed and the grass is natural. The vines are Guyot and spurred cordon pruned. They are blossomed, leaves are thinned, and berry quality is concentrated with green harvesting. Tasting it you can taste small red fruits and toasty oak. massive mouthful of cocoa and oak.
