Cave de Tain - l'Hermitage è una delle principali cantine cooperative francesi situata ai piedi del famoso pendio dell'Hermitage nel Rodano settentrionale. Cave de Tain è il più grande produttore di vino AOC nel Rodano settentrionale. Cave de Tain produce vino sotto cinque denominazioni: Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Cornas, Saint Péray e Crozes-Hermitage. Mentre ci sono rilasci standard sotto ciascuno, Cave de Tain produce anche una gamma di rilasci monovigna o a blocco singolo, nonché una gamma di vini varietali IGP Collines Rhodaniennes. The cooperative has a central vineyard team to oversee the vineyards, which have been mapped by GPS since 2007 to enable precision viticulture on a plot-by-plot basis.
