Castello della Sala is located in Umbria, near the border with Tuscany, about 18 kilometers from Orvieto. This medieval property covers 600 hectares, 200 of which are vineyards located between 220 and 470 meters above sea level on the rolling hills of the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Castello della Sala is ideal for growing white grape varieties. The wine produced here comes from a careful selection of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. The Conte della Vipera, named after the castle's first owners, features a label with an illustration of the chapel of San Giovanni, a small chapel located on the estate.
