With each blending, chai masters alchemize, test, until it finds its right personality, a blend of intensity and fullness, expressing red fruit aromas while preserving aromatic freshness and purity. That is why each year, depending on the harvest and the balance at maturity of the grapes, the blend will be slightly different.
