Chateau de Ricaud - 1991 - Loupiac
Loupiac is a sweet white wine appellation from the Bordeaux region. The grape varieties that can be used are Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle and Sauvignon Gris. The first two are by far the most commonly used.
This is the heart of Bordeaux's sweet white wine production. The vineyards are located between Cadillac and Sainte-Croix-du-Mont and just across the river from the prestigious Sauternes and Barsac titles.
