DOUBLE FERMENTATION - REPAIR: 1964 - 2004: 40 years since the first harvest of Campofiorin. This Masi specialty, made by refermenting red wine from fresh Veronese grapes with a percentage of the same semi-wilted grapes, epitomizes the values of the Verona lands: the excellence of the area, the personality of the indigenous grapes and the originality of Masi's withering and double fermentation techniques. The wine marries simplicity and graceful strength and majesty. Rich, round and velvety, it is suitable for medium/long aging.
