Amarone della Valpolicella - 1999 - Aneri
Amarone was born from the evolution of Valpolicella viticulture, originally derived from "Recioto," a sweet wine already known in Roman times. As tastes and dietary needs changed, the focus shifted to more quantitative production, and Amarone found its origin in this. This wine is distinguished by its regular and fast fermentation, transforming almost entirely sugar into alcohol. Aneri Amarone "Stella," made from classic Valpolicella grapes and vinified without biotechnology, matures for more than four years in oak barrels before being bottled in a single batch, thus respecting its long history and tradition.
