Passito di Noto "Scaramazzo" - 2018 - Rudini
Passito di Noto is a sweet Sicilian wine made from Moscato or Zibibbo grapes grown in a Mediterranean climate on limestone and volcanic soils that are ideal for vine growth. The grapes are harvested late and dried in cells using a hot humid method. Vinification takes place in steel and aging in the bottle. To the eye, the wine is light straw yellow. On the nose, it releases a delicate muscat aroma with notes of ripe fruit. In the mouth, it is sweet, with an aftertaste of candied fruit.
