Dolcetto d'Alba DOC is a wine produced in Monforte d'Alba, in the San Sebastiano area, with 100% Dolcetto grapes. The vinification involves a manual selection of the grapes, soft pressing and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in contact with the skins for 15 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by 6 months of aging in steel. The wine stands out for its fresh and intriguing aromas of almond, red cherry, pepper and lavender. On the palate it is balanced, with a pleasant harmony between acidity and tannins, making it unmistakable and pleasant to drink.
