Chianti Classico Gran Selezione - 2018 - Acquadiaccia
Acquadiaccia is a niche winery, an expression of its connection to the Chianti region. It tends the vineyard respecting natural cycles, creating a seasonal sensory balance. The wine has an intense dark ruby color with purple highlights. It is composed of 90 percent Sangiovese and 10 percent Canaiolo, with spontaneous fermentation on its own yeasts and aging for 22 months in oak barriques and tonneaux. This Gran Selezione has an intense ruby color, with aromas of red fruits and vanilla on the nose. On the palate, it is juicy, full and full-bodied.
