Château Haut Saint-Pey is located in Blasimon, an ancient medieval bastide dating back to 1322. It has 40 hectares of vineyards, within these vineyards different grape varieties have been planted to offer unique flavors to the wines of this property. Therefore, this vintage is composed of 65 percent Merlot, for its smoothness and finesse, and 35 percent Cabernet Sauvignon for its balance and aging potential.
