Capo Martino - 2004 - Jermann
Capo Martino, made from indigenous white grapes, takes its name from the hillside purchased in 1991 in the heart of the Gorizia hillside area, with a 7.5-hectare vineyard renovated from 1996 to 2003. It presents a bright golden yellow color with a complex bouquet of ripe native and tropical fruit, dried flowers and a touch of vanilla. Notes of apple, banana, hazelnut, broom and passion flower enrich the bouquet. On the palate it is velvety, with perfect balance and delicate aromaticity, characterized by exceptional flavor persistence.
