Cana' - 2004 - Angiolino Maule
A Cabernet Sauvignon with a balance of Merlot (15%) vinified without additives. The color is ruby, bright. The nose is clean with notes of incense, freshly cut grass, grilled bell pepper and spices. In the mouth, it is distinguished by excellent flavor, good consistency with the olfactory scents and marked acidity. The volatile component is present and perceptible, but not at all unpleasant; on the contrary, it enriches the wine, making it complex and pleasantly drinkable.
