Barolo - 2020 - Azienda Agricola Icollirossi
Barolo iCOLLIROSSI comes from vineyards covering 5 hectares around Monforte d'Alba, made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. This wine is rich, broad and enveloping, with a lingering finish, combining elegance and power while remaining delicate and perfumed. After a soft crushing with destemming, the must ferments with maceration for about ten days on the skins. It is aged in wood for 24-30 months, followed by a period in bottle before release. The color is garnet with orange highlights during aging. The nose offers aromas of ripe red fruit, black cherry, black currant, blueberry, with hints of tobacco and cinnamon.
