Cascina Luisin's "Paolin" Barbaresco, produced since 1913, is a red wine of great finesse and elegance, made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the commune of Neive (CN). Rich, soft and well-structured on the palate, it releases intense fruity and spicy notes on the nose, the result of maturation in wood. In the mouth it stands out for its elegance and refinement, with a long and persistent finish. Intense notes of ripe fruit emerge on the nose accompanied by spicy hints of black pepper, resulting from aging in wood.
