Aulente - 2006 - San Patrignano
Its expressiveness comes from a combination of different Sangiovese grapes from plots with very different characteristics, giving this wine a unique character. It presents a deep ruby color and olfactory notes of rose, cherry, plum and a hint of spice. The palate is complex and pleasant to drink, with smooth tannins and a finish of remarkable taste-olfactory persistence. This varietal is lightly interpreted, slightly sacrificing pulp to complement a very sincere varietal expression.
