Corte Sant'Alda's Amarone is a masterpiece produced from organic and biodynamic Corvina, Rondinella and Corvina Grossa grapes grown in selected vineyards and trained on simple guyot. After manual harvesting and natural drying in wooden crates, the grapes undergo a concentration of up to 65 percent. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place in 40 hl vats with manual punching-down, followed by aging for at least three years in oak barrels, giving an elegant and intense wine.
