Each year, grapes from Sangiovese vineyards are harvested and vinified separately to identify plots that offer the most interesting expression of terroir. To faithfully capture the essence of the vintage, the blending of In Grandi Annate varies each year. The sediment in the wine indicates that it is made with minimal intervention, highlighting the high presence of quercetin, a perfectly safe natural antioxidant. This deposit is not a defect, but a distinctive characteristic of pure Sangiovese.
