Radikon's Jakot is an extraordinary macerated wine made from Friulano grapes grown on marl and sandstone soils typical of Collio. The Radikon winery, led by Saša and his family, is famous for revolutionizing viticulture in Friuli Venezia Giulia with the production of long maceration whites. Jakot, aged for 42 months in oak barrels and 18 months in bottle without the addition of sulfites, offers a unique profile. Notes of dehydrated fruit and honey emerge on the nose, while the palate is full-bodied, with fresh vitality and hints of almond and tropical fruit. An authentic and innovative wine.
