The winery's Sauvignon comes from clones of French origin, maintaining a distinctive freshness and fragrance. Vinification takes place entirely in steel to preserve aromatic purity. Visually, it shows a pale yellow color with golden highlights. The nose opens with intense aromas of ripe white fruit, wet grass and subtle hints of boxwood. The palate is fresh and direct, with flavors of ripening fruit, wet stone minerality and delicate vegetal tones.
