Chianti Classico "Ribaldoni" - 2021 - Villa Rosa
Villa Rosa Ribaldoni is a Chianti Classico D.O.C.G. made in Castellina in Chianti on limestone and clay soil. The estate covers 126 hectares, 30 of which are dedicated to vineyards, and has heterogeneous soil with alberese rock and schistous galestro. The main variety is Sangiovese, with the youngest vineyards reserved for Ribaldoni. This wine is distinguished by its intense ruby red color and offers fruity notes on the nose accompanied by hints of toasted wood and spices. On the palate, it is enveloping and fresh, with soft, velvety tannins. The finish is long and persistent, giving Ribaldoni considerable complexity and character.
