In 1989, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar launched the Quality Project, an initiative to identify the best areas in Valpolicella for growing the highest quality grapes. This effort led to the creation of the Domìni Veneti brand, named after the territories of the Most Serene Republic of Venice in the 16th century. Domìni Veneti is distinguished by a refined and limited production, focused on the enhancement of the typical oenological characteristics of the territory. Among the wines produced, a sparkling version of Recioto della Valpolicella stands out, with intense aromas of raspberry and black cherry, and a sweet and enveloping taste, perfect for accompanying traditional desserts or spicy cheeses.
