Radikon's Ribolla Gialla is an orange wine that reflects the essence of Collio Gorizia. The Radikon winery, led today by Saša, carries on the philosophy of his father Stanko, a pioneer of white wine making with long macerations on the skins. This traditional method, which dates back to local farmers, gives the wine a unique character. Ribolla Gialla, a difficult but fascinating grape variety, is grown on marl soils and without chemical intervention. The result is a wine with a deep golden color, aromas of dried flowers and cinnamon, and a dense and persistent structure, rich in savory notes that invite conviviality.
