Radikon's Oslavje is a white wine that embodies the philosophy of the Radikon winery in Oslavia, a symbol of Collio viticulture. This wine is a unique blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio, produced through long maceration on the skins, slow fermentation and aging in oak barrels. It undergoes no treatment either in the cellar or in the vineyard, offering a natural and authentic experience. Orangey in color with golden highlights, it has hints of yellow fruit, honey and fresh flowers. On the palate, it stands out for its intensity and structure, giving a full-bodied and complex sip, ideal for those seeking original and refined wines.
