In the history of Greco, a variety that would have disappeared without the work of Antonio Mastroberardino, the Vignadangelo selection represents the culmination of long research into soil composition to best express this variety. Located in Santa Paolina, the vineyard has southeastern exposure and clay-limestone soil. At 400 meters above sea level, the training system is espalier with guyot pruning, density of 3,500 vines/ha and yield of 70 q/ha, or 2 kg/vine. The wine is straw yellow, with aromas of grapefruit, peach, pear and herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral, structured and elegant.
