Barolo "Brunate" - 2019 - Azienda Agricola Boggione Claudio
The winery located on the Brunate hill covers 2 hectares, near renowned areas such as Cerequio and Zonchetta, in the commune of Barolo. The vineyards are cultivated with manual and mechanical methods, respecting nature and using products with low environmental impact, without herbicides. Harvesting takes place after careful selection of the clusters and pressing follows immediately to preserve quality. Fermentation, natural and without added yeasts, lasts 15-20 days in steel tanks, with manual pumping over. Aging begins in Slavonian oak barrels and continues in French oak. Bottling, unfiltered, takes place one year before sale, with aging lasting until the fourth year after harvest.
