Martin Foradori Hofstätter has been leading the family business since 1992. Hofstätter is today one of the largest family-run wineries in Alto Adige. This wine has a color between light ruby and ruby red, light and low in tannins, has a pleasant fruity taste, often with hints of bitter almond.
