Chateau de Sarris Rosè - 2015 - Cotes de Provence
Domaine des Sarrins is located in the hills of the Haut Var, near Lorgues, in a small village called Saint Antonin du Var. It extends over a hundred hectares of pine, oak and olive groves, surrounding islands of vineyards where the hilly relief allows it. In total, 27 hectares of vineyards are cultivated, producing wines with AOP Côte de Provence or Vin de Pays du Var. The average altitude is about 240 m. This rosé represents the icon of the estate: precise, elegant and didactic.
